Anthony Duncan serviced our hot water heater as well as our furnace earlier today as part of our annual maintenance contracts. We were so pleased with the exceptional service that he provided, that we wanted to reach out and let you know. Anthony arrived on time, providing us with a professional phone call 15 minutes prior to his arrival to let us know he would arrive shortly. He was cheerful, polite, and professional and proceeded to do a thorough job in servicing both our hot water heater as well as our furnace. There have been times when servicemen have come out to service these devices, taken off the door, and done a quick look with their flashlights, and left. Anthony took the time to carefully examine all of the parts of our furnace while flushing the hot water heater and found the igniter appeared to be seriously worn, which he replaced while he was here. That saved us the future inconvenience of a furnace not working and having to go without heat while waiting for a service call. When he left, he updated us on everything that he had done and suggested that we change the filter as soon as possible. We were more than pleased and wanted to thank you for your thorough training of your staff, as well as Anthony for his exceptional service today. This is something I will be mentioning to others looking for a furnace company to install or service their furnace or hot water heater. Well done. Thank you.

Bradley Wiley came on a service call tonight to work on my propane furnace.He determined that the thermostat, not the furnace, was broken and offered several options; we decided to replace it and to not replace it with the same thermostat. He completed the job very efficiently.Brad was pleasant and capable and was able to explain the problem to me as well as possible solutions quite clearly. He carried out the work as he proposed and when he left, I had a working system again. I appreciate the work he did and it was a pleasure to work with him.

Don and his wife got started with Halco after hearing a HeatSmart Tompkins ad about heat pumps on the radio. They were interested in learning about more efficient ways to heat their home, so they filled out an application and were put in touch with Halco. From insulation and air sealing to a new heat pump systems and basement waterproofing, Halco helped this couple completely renovate their home! They have been extremely happy with Halco and our team from start to finish!

The level of service I received yesterday was TOP NOTCH!!! Mark was the Halco Rep dispatched to my house. AMAZING, CLEAN, KNOWLEDGEABLE! I could go on and on! Two polite and helpful techs arrived. After being told my concern they promptly turned off my outside faucet from behind the heat pump and drained the outside faucet. They also checked the location of the main water lines for their information. They explained each thing they were involved with. Very satisfied.
