The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Jason Clark identified the problem, quickly, and the furnace is running great. Response time was great.

Dan is just amazingly professional and excellent at his plumbing and troubleshooting. I am so glad I waited to have him specifically come. I hope the new plumbers he is training realize just how lucky they are to be trained by such a knowledgeable man. Very personable and works hard and fast. I hope he lives long and never retires.

Once again it is my pleasure to provide kudos for two of Halco’s service providers. Dan Enright is amazing! His plumbing knowledge and experience is irreplaceable. He is also an outstanding mentor for the new young men he is training to become Halco Aces. Dan has been to my house 3 times and every time he has had a new understudy in tow. Today he came with Dave. I have observed that not only are his apprentices impressed by Dan’s expertise but it also speaks volumes about Dan that they totally enjoy working with him. I want to thank Halco for hiring terrific employees. I know that, especially in today’s market, it is not easy to find good employees. But Halco must be doing something right to have assembled such a great team.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The service men called like they said they would before coming over and they actually arrived 1 hour early. They went through my whole air conditioning system and were very thorough. They found the leak that caused the problem and were proactive, replacing the old brass bands that were used by the company that installed the system to the wall with new bands that won’t corrode.The air conditioner now works great! I also purchased a maintenance contract to have them maintain the system. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, their professionalism, and their willingness to go above and beyond.I would strongly recommend this organization to others with complete confidence in their work.

James first contacted Halco 6 years ago on a recommendation from his friend and neighbor. He was spending over $6,000 a year on fuel oil to heat his home and was looking for a better solution. 102 was the temperature that Connie’s home reached during the summer before Halco installed an air source heat pump (ASHP) system. We installed a multi-zone ductless system accompanied by three units spread throughout her home. Connie took advantage of many state incentives, rebates, and grants. Halco supported her in all phases while making sure she got all opportunities she qualified for. As she puts it herself, “You cannot go wrong with Halco.”

I am so happy to have a new hot water heater and new insulation in my attic. The crew did a fantastic job, very neat and clean. Such nice people, they answered all my questions. Jason was very helpful and kept in touch with me through the whole process, can’t say enough about how kind and patient he was. I highly recommend Halco to everyone!

To Halco, thank you very much for sending Dillon and Todd out to do our Heat Pumps and Mini Splits installation and removal of the old furnace and central air conditioning units which were installed by Halco many years ago. They had a couple hot humid days and working in a tightly sealed very tight crawl space with no ventilation that was insulated by Halco last year on a dirt crawl space and spray foamed the walls. Also thanks to the Electricians whose names I forgot that did the Electric Service Meter Box and Electricial Panel upgrade and installation. Also thanks to Jim Rickey for helping us so much for working through many roadblocks and sticking with us to getting the grant for to be able to afford to do this project. The new system works great and we are so pleased with the results. Than you all! We have been Halco customers for a long time, and their customer service and professionalism on their part is what keeps us as loyal customers! I highly recommend Halco to anyone who wants the job done right the first time, every time. Customer for life!
