I was aware that my home needed improvements, but the audit prioritized the areas of concern. I was surprised to find air leaks around window molding and fireplace trim. Doug Miller was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend him to others.

People usually only contact you when there are problems, I’m sure. And I know I expressed some initial concern to you that other companies have not been responsive. So I wanted to let you know that Kate (who has been the primary person involved) has been really pleased with the job Halco has done for us in setting up electricity to our barns and water pumps. They adhered to the quoted price and timeline, and things work. Everyone involved was courteous and easy to work with.The best part is that I won’t have to haul water out to the animals this winter by hand. :)Thanks very much to everyone involved at Halco!Best regards

Had service done at my home today and just wanted to say thank you to all. from the lady who answered the phone, to the person who called me back. The technician, Dan Burns, was outstanding! Clean and professional. Talked to me about my service like I was a person and not just a number. Ryan Gould was here last evening, 11/7/12, to do the annual check-up on my boiler. Just wanted to let you know what a nice young man, Ryan is. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Halco seems to have some really great people working for them. I have to say, any dealings I have ever had with Halco, from the nice ladies that answer the phone to the techs that are on the road, has been a pleasure. The gentleman who came was as always polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. We thought we had a major water leak; instead it was a simple matter of a leak from the hose to the icemaker. This is one of the major reasons we continue to be loyal and supportive customers of Halco. Your man quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem!
