The new thermostat has made an enormous improvement. Not only is the house being perfectly cooled and dehumidified, the differential between upstairs and downstairs is only 2 degrees, which is perfect for sleeping. Hal, Thanks so very much for the ‘bail out.’ Your PBS customers and counter staff will shortly see the new flag pole and a larger American flag. Mike did a great job. He even called and offered to deliver the cement slabs. My friend Roger drives by your office daily, so he’ll pick up there. Very happy to know you see the Halco sign on my lawn. That’s the idea of having it there. We are VERY happy Halco customers. It will be there, probably, until the first snow falls. I can’t thank you and your staff enough for their incredibly timely response to our boiler situation. Ed was dispatched on Monday to determine why our boiler wasn’t heating our water. He and his helper did a fantastic job of determining the issue, taking extensive pictures and describing to us what the issues were and forwarding all his documentation in order to justify a boiler replacement. He called us Monday evening to say that all documentation had been submitted to Navian for approval. Then to get your call this morning that a crew would be out this morning to replace the boiler was miraculous. The two gentlemen who replaced our boiler were outstanding representatives of your firm. They were highly professional, very pleasant to talk to and cleaned up any and all debris from the replacement. Our level of trust with your firm is best exemplified by the fact that D****** had a doctor’s appointment that we simply could not change, we told your crew what time we had to leave, showed them how to secure the house and we left. We came home to a clean boiler room and garage. Please pass on our thanks to your crew for such a great job. Thanks again for your continued professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Lance’s knowledge in all facets of HALCO services assures me that I may rely upon your company to make my home more comfortable at a reasonable price. We are looking at having the basement waterproofed in the near future, when we can afford to do so. Your workers, Brandon and Dave did an outstanding job at spraying foam insulation where it was needed to make us more comfortable in our home, not to mention save us future energy costs. They were both personable, knowledgeable and eager to answer any of my questions. We have always utilized HALCO services in the past with our plumbing and heating needs and will continue to do so. Good morning, I wanted to let you know we notice a big difference in our home. And I’m not talking about the mess we made trying to get ready. Its been a roller coaster ride trying to get approved and all the different twists and changes along the way. Thanks for your efforts. Dear Hal, My name is Carolyn and I am the Property Manager here at Barrett Dewitt. I have been in property management for 23 years and have worked with many outside contractors over the years and will be the first to admit it’s never easy! It’s only fair to say we have really enjoyed having Jeremy and Pat in the building. This building is for Seniors and that alone can be a challenge. My residents have told us the guys have been very polite, friendly and helpful if they need to get by them while working in the halls. My Superintendent and I too are very pleased with the communication, promptness and the fact they do a great job cleaning up! I know it has not been easy for them on a big job like this to do it all from set up, chasing materials to clean up but we are very happy to have the opportunity to work with two guys with great work ethics! Fred B., from Freeville, NY wanted to upgrade the heating and cooling system in his beautiful 190 year old house and move away from fossil fuels. Halco installed the geothermal system, upgraded the duct work and improved insulation so that the old house could conserve as much energy and be as comfortable as a newly constructed, energy efficient home. Fred is very happy with the results stating, ‘I would recommend myself to use them again, and I would recommend to people that ask me. Halco would be an excellent choice’, says Fred.

Hal, First of all, your sales/tech representative, Ed Okonsky is one your best company’s assets. Ed presented himself and Halco with professionalism and proved to be a “subject matter expert”. I was impressed with his ability to patiently absorb my (verbal) basic knowledge of HVAC and then further educate me on those things that I was not familiar with, to build my overall confidence in Halco. He respected my knowledge and did not try to intimidate me with his extensive knowledge base. Much appreciated! I had other HVAC companies come to my home to advise and quote. Although you were somewhat higher in price, we made the choice to hire your company. My wife and I are very happy with our decision.
