Zack was great to work with on our solar system today. He and his partner did an excellent job and they were a total pleasure to work with. We were totally satisfied and pleased with his competent and friendly service.

Dan came out this morning and performed the annual service for my boiler. He was very courteous and worked very efficiently. I would definitely recommend his service to others and would like to have him return to perform services in the future.

I recently (10/11/18) had a home energy audit by Sam Houseworth. I want you to know what a capable young man you have with your company. I found him professional, well versed on the subject, a great educator and willing to answer any question i had. He explained everything he was doing and completed an extensive energy audit on my home. I feel both of us are very fortunate….you as the employer and me as the home owner. My application was completed only a week ago and I appreciate how quickly my appointment was made available. Thank you so very much. It is comforting to know how to save some energy in this world of ours. Great job.

I just want you to know how thankful I am for all the work that has been done to my trailer. Every person from there from start to finish was professional, friendly and as a woman who lives alone it meant alot to me that no one who came here made me uncomftorable or was innapropriate in any way. Harold worked on my Air Conditioning system which would not turn on after an unscheduled RG&E power outage today and after your electrical repairman advised that he was hesitant to work on the a/c unit. He recommended we schedule another service call with a HVAC technician. Harold was the HVAC technician who arrived. He was polite, systematic in his trouble shooting of the system he found the problem got a new transformer for the motherboard of the air handling system, the old transformer by the smell appeared to be burnt, I suspect from a power surge when the RG&E turned the power back on. I now have operating air conditioning which is essential for my wife who has difficult breathing with high humidity because of radiation numismatist as a result of aggressive cancer treatment. Harold Rodgers is an excellent technician who worked professionally through the entire troubleshooting and repair process. Please recognize Harold’s performance as he is a fine representative of HALCO and it is because of technician’s like him, that I have been a customer for many years.
