I just wanted you to know the furnace was not working when I returned home after being away 8 hours. It had a condensate pump blockage and wouldn’t run. I unscrewed the cap which seemed to release a vacuum block. At this time I reset the furnace and it worked.I think the service man did a great job and this problem was nothing but a learning experience for me. Thanks.
