From previous visits the tech always purged the bottom tank. The tech purged the pipes but did not purge the bottom. However, I did mention it and the tech went down and purged the bottom tank. I am happy with the service and the tech. Maybe the bottom tank didn’t need purging but from previous service calls it was always done. I see the water from purging and glad it was out of the system. Anyhow I am pleased and look forward to continued service from Halco.
