Gary, who gathered additional information for upgrade of our solar panels, is another fine ambassador for Halco. On Friday, April 26th, Acacia Blomgren came to my home to do the annual inspection of my furnace and air conditioner. She was a delight! Acacia was friendly, efficient, thorough, and patient with me as she showed me how to use my new thermostat. I had complete confidence that she knew exactly what she was doing, and that when she left the furnace, air-conditioner and thermostat were all in good working order because of Acacia’s work. Next year, when it’s again time for inspection, I will definitely request Acacia! She is a gem!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to let the Halco Energy Company know how impressed I was with your employee Zach’s professionalism while installing our new Navien Boiler. Zach has a great attitude and was very considerate of our home while completing his work. I was also very impressed with his layout abilities and mechanical skills. While I observed the ongoing boiler install it was evident to me that Zach strives to produce a quality product and will not let himself accept anything less. In today’s world it was refreshing to see a young man with this kind of attitude and professionalism.

Thank you for having such a pleasant business group. From the secretaries to the technicians to the engineers. Everyone is and has been very pleasant. Hey my name is Geanelle and I would just like to say that all of your employees are so amazing. I’m not sure who was in charge of the hiring process but they hired some really nice individuals. I had 2 guys David and Travis come to my house last week Friday the 17th to do my insulation they were so amazing, they covered all of our stuff, they did a really great job, and their work was very neat and precise. I even found David sweeping my carpet upstairs because there was some debris, I said dude you don’t have to do that with a broom we have a vacuum I got it, he said are you sure I said yeah he still got up 90% then he said he didn’t want to leave a mess. While David was upstairs cleaning Travis was downstairs sweeping my basement floor. They took out all the trash and they did amazing work, those 2 are such a good team, they work so well together never break them up please they belong together. The guys I had set up my furnace and hot water heater were great. Also I left a very nice review on this company and if I’m able to leave another one I sure will, plus I will be doing all my heating and cooling business with you guys from here on out. I will highly recommend this company to any and everyone. These guys work hard and I told them they need a raise. They said Halco treats them very well. Because you treat your employees good it reflects in their work and amazing attitude and customer service skills. Thank you all for this amazing experience I have nothing bad to say at all.

I’m so excited about my ductless mini-split heat pump system. Now I have air conditioning as well as heat throughout my manufactured home and best of all, IT’S AFFORDABLE. My techs from Halco, Dan and Jacob were stellar as far as punctuality, quality and they were very, very, neat cleaning up every speck of debris in and around my home. I hope to show my neighbors just how great this system is. No more propane. This system is definitely perfect for our planet as far as no more fossil fuels. Thank you Halco for such great service.

Mr. Smith: I would like to make you aware of an exceptional employee that you have in Nick Thompson. We are selling our home at [address removed] in Ithaca. It sold right away but during a home inspection a small plumbing leak was noticed. It was very important for us to fix it as soon as possible in order to continue with the sale of the home. We were able to contact Halco and actually get a person to talk to at nearly 9:00p.m., that individual was able to contact Nick Thompson and schedule an inspection with us the very next day. Nick was very professional and he pushed to make sure the work was scheduled right away due to our urgent situation. He was very responsive at all times. He even made sure we got the letter we needed for the buyers of our home specifically stating how the repair was done and that it was done by licensed workers etc… Anything Nick said would happen, he made sure it did. I was very impressed. I run a Soil and Water Conservation District and have worked with many folks over the last 20 years and you just simply don’t find people like Nick. Thank you very much for all of your company’s assistance.

To Whom It May Concern @Halco. Chris and James showed up right on schedule, after we talked on the phone, and got right to work. They sealed up the crawlspace in quick fashion, that looks very professional. I did not know about the vapor barrier, but James took a moment to explain that. It really looked nice when finished. I’ll be proud to show it off when people come to visit. Next came the attic. The attic needed a little more prep work than originally anticipated, but the guys used some foam board, and spray foam, and got the job done. They laid down a nice thick layer of the cellulose very even about 21′ deep anticipating it would settle down to 18′. Everything was handled very professionally right down to sealing the hatches shut. I would hire them again in an instant. The most impressive praise came from two of my friends; one is a carpenter, and the other is a general contractor. I was a little out of my area of expertise so I asked them to talk to the guys, and look at the work. Both said no question that I had hired a good group of guys, and that everyone was very knowledgeable, and that they could not do a better job themselves.
