Who is eligible for a Climate Fund Grant? How do you apply?
Many households qualify for the extra funding support from the Finger Lakes Climate Fund. If you earn less than 80% of county median income for your household size, you can receive substantial incentives for energy improvements to your home. Give Halco a call and we will help you through finding financing and incentives for your home improvement project every step of the way.

Meet the HeatSmart/Climate Fund Contractors
HeatSmart Tompkins and the Finger Lakes Climate Fund are working with three regional energy contractors to bring high efficiency heat pumps and water heaters to lower-income households in our area. Susan Newman of Snug Planet, Nick Pryputniewicz of NP Environmental, and Hal Smith of Halco sit down to talk about their new partnership with these nonprofits to bring clean energy to everyone in our community.

The 14th annual Finger Lakes Works with their Hands event was held at the Rodman Lott & Son Farms in Seneca Falls, New York on October 3rd. Hundreds of students from the Finger Lakes area were able to try their hands at various trades and learn about job opportunities that exist locally.
