I appreciate ‘Ed’ for his annual service expertise this morning on my required maintenance HVAC system. From his excellent verbal and written summary report all seems well well. Ed also clarified for me why my shower water temperature changed during use.

David is knowledgeable, listens and checked out my 2 problems yesterday. He is looking into getting a cover fabricated for my septic pump as well as giving me an estimate for replacing my outside spigot which is in a difficult place to access.Because he was here for only an hour, we saved my complimentary 2 hours and I paid for yesterday’s visit.

I was impressed how creative, determined your latest Halco crew was, coming up with the best way to install our 3rd floor heat pump. We got to meet lots of Halco staff and they were all efficient, helpful, considerate. They stuck with the job, consulted with advisors, and got the pump installed. Will Brown, Kyle Slyter, Zach Dube, Steve Large Ryan Van Wyk, Jake Clancey were all fine representatives for Halco. Halco’s office team is always helpful, supportive and flexible. But, perhaps most important to this non- techy senior caring for very frail elderly spouse, is being able to consult with Matt Dennis from the first contact a few years ago, right up to today. He knows everything about our technically complicated large old house, which has been added onto and modified willy nilly since 1925. He is liked and appreciated by all who work with him. He is patient and explains complex issues as simply as possible. Last of all, I thank Halco for supporting Energy Warriors. I created this program for OCFS and DOCCS decades ago. My dear friend and colleague Dr. Aloja Airewele, has been the director of this project since I had to retire. He relates how generous Halco has been helping new workers have opportunity to train with the best and sometimes be hired by Halco.
