We had a rather unpleasant plumbing emergency happen over Memorial Day weekend. Some service companies won’t pick up their phones, and some quote their ’emergency fee’, starting at $300 to just show up. Halco treated it like your regular Thursday, they fit us into their schedule right on. The plumber that came over was very pleasant and nice and did not bat an eyelash at the, ahem, mess in the bathroom. Took care of the problem quickly and cleaned up so the place looked like nothing had happened. Best part? The bill was very reasonable, no overtime or special holiday

Overall, Dave Rodriguez was great. He arrived on site to continue the repairs that were not completed during the first Halco visit. Dave R. methodically diagnosed the issue, which was a bird’s nest stuck in the soil pipe, and was able to clear the pipe. His level-headed explanations were thorough and easy to understand. My wife and child felt very comfortable with Dave in our house and we were impressed with the clean-up efforts. I would highly recommend the services provided by Dave Rodriguez.
