A technician came to look at my unit (a pool heating and dehumidifying unit) which was not functioning at all on the same day that I called. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and met the challenge eagerly (daunting as it was). Other technicians had left my house when they saw this unit saying it was impossible to service. The Halco technician (Phil M), spent a couple hours investigating the unit to see what could be the problem, and made an appointment for the next week to attempt to fix the unit.
