Challenge
A new bank that needs heating & air conditioning as well as plumbing.
Solution
An air handler, with condenser and VAV dampers, are used to heat and cool the building. A boiler and hydronic baseboard is used to heat the perimeter. The HVAC system is controlled by a direct digital control (DDC) system.
The plumbing system includes an RPZ and hot water re-circulation.
