Ryan Gould was here last evening, 11/7/12, to do the annual check-up on my boiler. Just wanted to let you know what a nice young man, Ryan is. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Halco seems to have some really great people working for them. I have to say, any dealings I have ever had with Halco, from the nice ladies that answer the phone to the techs that are on the road, has been a pleasure.
