On behalf of Construction Associates, I wanted to take the time to thank you and your team for the work performed on the Envisage Information Systems project located at 31 Dutch Mill Road in Ithaca, NY.
Over the past 28 years of doing construction work, I have come in contact with hundreds of companies across the east coast and few of them reach the level of professionalism as Halco. Your company responded to a difficult renovation project that had an extremely rigorous schedule and you met all of our goals and obligations including quality and safety.
Furthermore, I would also like to take time to single out one person in particular and that is Mr. Carl Pipolo. Mr. Pipolo’s knowledge and can do attitude provided a positive approach to this difficult project. His willingness to work with the other contractors, his recommendations on problems that arose and his attention to detail have made this project one of my best. It was a pleasure working with him and he made my job much easier.
When working with your firm in the future, I will be requesting only one person to lead the project in the field and that is Mr. Pipolo.
