Lori,I have had several emails between you and me and found you to be very pleasant so when you said Todd was coming to my home I felt comfortable as I do not like strangers in my home.Having said that, I could not believe what a pleasure it was to have this man in my home. I found him to be one of the most pleasant, patient, conscientious, efficient people I have ever let into my home. He went to work immediately, left no stone unturned, asked questions which I answered and then he continued his work.Most people that I have coming into my home are of the younger generation and patience is not a virtue. By the time he left I felt I had known him for years.The bottom line is that I hope HALCO ENERGY realizes what an asset this man is to their company. I do not know how many other people are in his position but I cannot imagine any one of them could hold a candle to him.I am so happy that he was the representative for my area.
