Customer service is such an important part of any company or business, and I just had to write to tell you how impressive your customer service is. From the initial phone call to schedule the service, to completion of the job every person was professional – and focused on making sure the job was done right. Unfortunately, there were a couple issues that required the tech, Tom Dygert, to come out again the day after the initial service. I was assured Tom would be out within a couple hours of my phone call. He was and immediately assured me that everything would be taken care of to my satisfaction. He was pleasant, professional, and apologetic that there was a need for a return service call. He even went above and beyond to help me patch a good size hole in the wall the correction required. Now that’s customer service! I am extremely pleased with the work, the attention to detail, and most of all the customer service! Thank you.
