He enjoyed keeping my children informed in everything he was doing. He also answered ALL of their questions and there was a lot of them.

I also didn’t realize that attic insulation from approximately 35-40 years ago actually wears out and is no longer doing its job.
The auditor was professional, friendly, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. He explained a lot of things to us and we will be making some improvements based on what he found. There was no pressure from him, which is what I liked the best.
Very pleased with service and time spent. Did not rush anything. Was careful when entering or leaving the home. Was conscious that we had pets, and made sure that all precautions were taken to protect them.
