This service call with Phil is making me reconsider our whole HVAC setup (we have 19 buildings); it was so quick and thorough that it made me question why we’ve been going through what we do with our regular servicepeople who, though wonderful also, can be hard to get.
I was very happy with the visit and how he explained everything, but I have not heard anything from the company since. It has been about a month.
