Discount for doing both solar + geothermal installation at the same time (all the other companies I looked at through Tompkins Heatsmart program only did one or the other, not both – was cheaper to do it all through one company)

I originally had someone (based on a recommendation) provide an estimate prior to purchasing the house. Their estimate was $1,000 higher, they did not offer a service contract, nor did they offer finance options. I have a relative and coworker with service contracts and they value the benefit. It’s a no-brainer from there!
