Service person's diagnosis ★★★★★Jason appears to have diagnosed the problem with the generator. The only issue I had with the repairs is the length of time to receive the parts and then to have them installed. I did not have the use of the generator for the entire winter. Luckily I did not loose electric this winter.

Service work performed ★★★★★Gary did worked with Jason very well. Good teamwork. After the generator was repaired they replaced two old smoke and CO electric detectors in the two bedrooms. When they completed that they both worked to lower the chandelier in the dining room. They both were very respectful to my house. Wearing booties when inside my home.
