Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★Service was a routine annual check up of our steam boiler The project/service is not complete -Parts needed to be ordered We were told on Monday by the technician that Halco would contact us on Tues with follow up on when the next service could be scheduled & part replaced We heard nothing. I called Halco today( Thurs) about this & was told I would hear back from Haloc today- It's 5pm- no contact Not pleased about this dealing with Halco Not typical of their service
