  We hired this work to prevent frozen water pipe in the winter time and we did not want heat tape. For the first time, they made mistake what was supposed to be done at once. The pipe froze when the temperature was too low. Then the pipe froze. But when I called and informed the situation, the problem was taken care of in a timely manner and promptly. I am pleased that Halco took its responsibility immediately.
