Experience with call representative ★★★★★The woman tried to brush off my concern when I called at 1:30. My time to sit and wait had been given to me as 10 til 1. The phrase, 'no problem' was all it took to make me think she did not understood my concern. That long a window is a problem and not being here within such a window without at least a courtesy call is absolutely a problem for me. It will be interesting to see if the offer for no gold club payments for three months actually happens.

Service person's diagnosis ★★★★★I appreciated that the tech showed me the corroded thermocouple from the steam boiler. It did seem a bit odd to me that he tried thermocouple on the hot water boiler at the second house next door. I was not shown the gas valve that he removed. The tech team got it wrong last year on my need for a new low water cutoff devise. I didn't have it replaced, but it was fine this year. I drain and refill my steam boiler every week or two and was confident the low water cutoff worked. I am not 100% confident in the ability of Halco techs to diagnose boiler needs.
