Our installation crew ★★★★★Gary was on time but his helper never showed up or even called in to say he would not be at work the day of our A/C installation. Another worker drove down from Tully and they were here almost 10 hours. While they were both very focused on completing the job, I feel Gary should be promoted to a higher position where he could supervise and/or train other employees. He is very professional and never complained that it was over 80 degrees inside our home the whole time he sweated to install the new system.
