  Guys were all wonderful. There was an issue with a gas leak that was not told to me until after it had been resolved. It was done swiftly but I had two small children in the house and the heat was turned off and doors left open. I would have appreciated some communication as to what was happening so I could have better assessed my needs to move next door or bundle the kids up more. I wasn't informed that the heat was off until after I just saw the temp dropping and noticed additional crews arrive.
