  He used electrical tape to cover the testing hole in the exhaust pipe, not silicone. When Halco installed the furnace some other guy used foil tape and the acidic water in exhaust ate through and started dripping on furnace and floor. This guy didn't even have silicone caulk on his truck. 'See if it leaks and if it does we'll come back' is a waste of my time and theirs.
