Experience with call representative ★★★★★First time that I call (end of July) the representative was nice, but I have to call again a month later to get the service done. The second time worked well, but the annual service was delayed more than 1 year after the one performed in 2014. A pattern that has been repeating over the years for the annual service (when they were originally started in Feb.2009 ). So, over the years Halco has been gaining time over for what I have been paying for. So, i have been paying for an 'ANNUAL' service (not true) that this year was performed in September. So, I'm fed up for this situation.
