  Outrageous, they went way above anyone would expect. Kumo cloud deals with networks routers etc. They said here for 3+ hours till the cloud worked and Amazon echo was connected, I was amazed, I know those things are stressful and time consuming, but they were determine. Josh was training a person, I forgot his name but they were great together.
