Was your energy adviser friendly and considerate of your home and concerns ★★★★★Yesterday evening I received a call from Jim Cook, I was glad that he called me, hoping he would be the right person to help solve my concerns with the new furnace installation.. i explained my concerns, 1of them being the carbon monoxide detector was screwed on ny wall in a very odd, ugly spot.. the installer never asked where i would like it placed.. so once i saw where he had placed it.. ..ok long story short, it was moved, and now i have 3 screw holes.. so the survey says to share your experiences, which is what i thought i was doing.. Not complaining as Jim said to me, he never had that complaint before! I didnt think i was complaining, and rightfully so.. nobody has said im sorry yet, or we can fill in the screw holes! Except Ron Q&A said that should have been common sense! Why are your mistakes being made to make me the negative complaing customer! I would say how rude of this company to think a professional job with excellent results is not what i would have easily been expecting to receive! I look forward to hearing back from Jim Cook, to schedule time to meet with him! nRespectfully, nRhonda Vesey
