What made you choose our company?
I have always worked with Halco. Unfortunately, this experience has not been a good one. A $9,500 heating install that has taken numerous adjustments (3 different Thermostats), by technicians who did not know what thermostats can handle the relay between furnace and heat pump. I went a month without the cost savings of operational heat pump because of a faulty install. Being on propane, that was not cheap. And no offer of compensation for the cost associated with the faulty install?
