  The problem was discovered, but once again the solution was not possible. Scott didn't have the part to fix the problem. I have to schedule a 3rd appointment to complete my yearly maintenance!

  Scott was great. He kept me informed of what he was doing and why. He was courteous, polite and thorough.

  As far as I know his diagnosis was correct, but we'll soon see if replacing the gas valve solves the problem.

  what was done was good (flushing out the avian), but he wasn't able to complete the maintenance on the furnace. I don't know if he checked the A/C.
