  Very good. Only downgraded rating because I had to suspend the airkrete job because I did not have a thorough understanding of the airkrete product and it's fragility. I had communicated the desire to put a new roof on house in the next year and it was not communicated well tonMe that I should probably do that first as it would Dave the airkrete if I did it last.

  I don't think salesperson had a thorough understanding how fragile the airkrete product is once installed. I had to halt installation twice after conversation with the installer upon discussion of my desire to put a new roof on the house. In the end, we still have not installed airkrete in the roof slants and our attempt to reduce the stack effect is incomplete. Had this been thoroughly communicated in the beginning we would have delayed the attic job. Everyone was certainly very professional, respectful and courteous. I'm just disappointed that the job is not complete and I may not receive the full benefit of our efforts to be more energy efficient.

  Navien, spray foam, dense pack cellulose and airkrete guys were outstanding. All knowledgeable in their products and process. Thank to John and his airkrete crew for helping me understand the impact of putting a new roof on would have on the integrity of the airkrete. I am impressed and appreciative of their honesty.
