Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★Problems with equipment delivery from the Halco and Halco's suppliers has delayed finishing the installation of our LG 5 Ton Single Zone VRF System: ARNU-543-NKA4 indoor air handler unit and ARUN-060-GSS4 outdoor unit. The LG air handler is still awaiting the required board needed to work with our Nest thermostat. We are looking forward to having the Nest installed because the wired-in LG thermostat Halco/LG supplied with the system (LG model PREMTC00U) is not working properly to control the system although the heat pump itself is functioning OK. The heat pump hot water heater was installed in July and is working properly.

Our installation crew ★★★★★John has handled the delays in obtaining the LG parts needed for our installation that did not come with the original equipment delivery with grace and good communication skills. He has consistently and accurately identified the parts needed to complete our LG heat pump installation. The last remaining piece to complete the installation is a board for the LG air handler that allows it to work with our Nest thermostat. John is a skilled and trustworthy installer and should be commended for his patience in working through the delays in delivery of the needed equipment and his knowledge of the installation process for this complex system.
