• How knowledgeable was the energy adviser who came to your home ★★★★★
  The workmen who came were very good at what they have done and very curtious while here . It took TWO of our only vacation time away from us instead of 1 that I was informed of. For that reason, I was very unhappy as they were also the best weather days for us. We only do this once a year. I was told that the entire underbelly would be removed and replaced with foam installation. That did not happen so, I hope that the air gap is gone so that we may keep warm this winter! They worked hard and quickly in the terrible heat and seemed to be very efficient.

  The auditor explained what was supposed to be done. The men who came changed that plan and only took care of 1 section. I am not experienced in this area. It seems as though there is contradiction from the auditor and the workers.

  Absolutely, they were considerate. The work that was expected to be done was changed from what I was told would be done.

  This interfered with my vacation an extra day and deviated from the original auditor's plan and explaination of what would be done.😓 .

  I know what I was told and that did not happen. The claim is that it was not needed.
