What made you choose our company?
A family member of mine said she has used the company for years and has never had a problem at all so I thought 'great!', trusting the fact it was a close family member. Definitely not thinking that after the service call and even now a week later. I personally thought the service call was a waste of money because nothing was done except turning up the temperature, which did not fix the problem.

  I will probably ask to not have that service responder back. Not much was done for the amount of money I had to pay to just have the temperature turned up on my water heater, which I had told the responder I had done already. He then had a phone conversation with a fellow plummer and/or friend in which he had on speaker to which the friend on the other line responded to my problem not knowing I could hear the conversation 'well does she have her fucking laundry going' - responding to to the question of why I was only getting five minutes of hot water for a shower, after only had bought the condo days before - no washer or dryer installed, so I didn't get many answers at all. Needless to say I was made very uncomfortable and felt stupid for calling for a service. Very unprofessional.
