Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★The service call was scheduled for the 10:00AM to 1:00PM time slot. The tech arrived somewhere in the 8:00AM hour. This was a surprise, and he got lucky that one of my crew was here since I was not there to let him in. I am disappointed there was a schedule change without my being notified.

Experience with call representative ★★★★★The call representative told me she was calling for our annual A/C service. I had to tell her we don't have A/C. Oops. She seemed confused about what equipment we had. Also, she scheduled our service call for 10AM - 1:00PM, but the tech showed up around 8:00AM and said his schedule had him here at 8:00AM. Also, I requested Bob be the tech that got sent and she said that she could do that, but she lied. Bob was not the tech who came out.
