Our installation crew ★★★★★Jimmy came to my home to try and solve the electrical issue that occurred after a storm in March. After a specific storm, the electricity went out in my upstairs bathroom, adjoining bedroom and the hallway and stairs leading from the 1st floor to the second. Nathan and Xavier installed the new ceiling fan vent but could not test it because of this problem. Jimmy worked at it all day to try and remedy the issue with the electric in those rooms to no avail. This is an older home , and I understand how hard it is sometimes to diagnose issues. Thank you very much for your efforts, Jimmy!
