  The worker tracked dirt and shit from our neighbors dog into our house. For the price of the job the long drawn out process of this was not a good experience.

  I am not sure if it was a shortage of personnel, but the man that came gave an initial estimate and we decided to come up with funds to pay for the lesser of two estimates. After commencing with the install, he began taking out his frustration with our doors. When someone spends hours from 12 until 9:30 slamming your front door, basement door and causing chaos with our pets, I was fearful we would have to replace our entry door.
