Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★We think $417 to bolt a toilet to the floor is outrageous. Jack was pleasant, but in the end he simply screwed a repair kit onto a rusted flange. It took slightly more than 2 hours, but it was essentially a temporary fix. The price was much too high for that. There were hardly any parts involved; we even provided the wax seal.

Service person's diagnosis ★★★★★We knew what the problem was (corroded toilet flange that wouldn't hold johnny bolts) but didn't feel qualified to do the repair work ourselves. It doesn't quite feel fair to pay $89 to tell the plumber what the problem is (it wasn't complicated), and not to have any of that charge applied to the actual work.
