The cleanup process ★★★★★Chris forgot to cover the test hole in the furnace exhaust pipe. That is a gross oversight and potentially dangerous or at least unhealthy for us. I had to call the service department. They called back and told me to cover it with any old tape. We did that.

Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★We refer people to Halco all the time. We have had you do about 5 projects. This time and the last time the techs did not put on blue booties when they came inside. We do not wear outdoor shoes in our house. Last time we did not mention it to Travis and his colleague. This time we mentioned it to Chris and he said he was 'out' of them, so he wore sox. Also Chris left his propane van running the entire time he was here working. When I mentioned it he said the fuel pumps do not work well so he has to leave it running. This was very irritating since we are doing everything we can do to be energy efficient and reduce our use of fossil fuels. I know you must have enormous overhead and your vans look like they are in better condition than the old ones. But leaving it running for hours is awful.
