Service person's diagnosis ★★★★★1 because I REALY do NOT like that recommendations were made, even though the furnace (and water heater) are working totally fine. Everything past the test but we could do these improvements... in other words, we could spend some money if we woud like. Luckily service person did not push the recommendations. It felt to me that service person was pushed by company to up-sell.
