  We anticipated this would be an intrusive, messy and lengthy project. Kevin was very reassuring and empathetic to our concerns. He and his assistant, Gunnar, worked cleanly and efficiently to complete the job as un-intrusively as possible. It took all day, and it was obvious that two people were needed. There have been many changes done in a house built around 1910; some of the changes were worse than others, which they had to correct.

  Kevin's innovative and creative ability to resolve the problem. He and Gunnar worked cheerfully and laughed a few times as they went along.
