Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★Identified serious problem Worst part is Halco not addressing it quickly. Furnace turned off and no heat. It's cold and we are old!! Poor follow up by rest of Halco for remedy. Have to wait 3 days for rep, then who knows how long before new furycan ve installed. No weekend appointment able to be scheduled and said we wanted replacement. All should be quicker. It's getting colder . We are on your monthly plan for 2 houses. Evidently doesn't make a difference. Took us weeks in Spring to get date for new AC! Help Hal Smith!!!!!
