  Think I spoke with three call reps altogether. All picked up the call promptly, they were all fast, efficient and courteous. They did their best to get a technician to my home as quickly as possible. Your call reps are one of the strengths of your operation.

  Tom told me he would not risk a repair on my unit because it could be dangerous to do so, and I respected his judgement and appreciated his honesty. Tom gave one estimate for an electric replacement unit. A second estimate for a gas unit was also provided. I believe this second estimate, at $2673, is high. I would like Halco to take another look at an estimate for a gas replacement hot water heater for my home and get back to me. There are much less expensive options on the market. Halco can do better than this, and I would be interested in doing business with with your firm if the price is competitive and a good quality unit is installed.
