Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★I have been dissatisfied with every step of the process. In addition to problems noted in other responses I was talked into getting a home energy audit in which it took almost a month to get the results. I took a day off from work for the audit only to have it be cancelled an hour before. Once it finally happened the auditor did not send me the results for 2 weeks. Original schedule audit was Aug 7th. I got the results on Sept. 3rd.

Experience with call representative ★★★★★Did not properly relay my concerns to the service person. I complained about the zone heating not being looked at. When the service tech came the first time to repair the system he did not have the right parts because no one was addressing the actual problem.

Experience with the service person ★★★★★David was generally very good and tried to make up for the errors of others. My only real complaint is I still do not know how much the job cost because he took way longer than expected making up for others mistakes and I had to leave before he finished the work.

Service person's diagnosis ★★★★★I initially made the call to Halco to look at the zone heating malfunctioning. In the initial diagnosis the service tech did not even look at the zone heating or even write it up any work on that in his initial quote.
