Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★$408 and no solution. The tech spent excessive time diagnosing and didn't solve the no heat issue. He said he removed and cleaned the burners of the furnace. He did not. He spent hours diagnosing a humidifier concern that wasn't even causing the initial call reason.

Later, she offered to return $89 of the $408 service call. This was kind of her, but did not happen.

Service work performed ★★★★★The only work completed was a wire connected to our thermostat that wasn't even a problem prior to the call. The office ordered burners for the furnace and explained it would take 2 days to arrive. It has been 4 days, no phone call, no $89 credit (as offered). After not hearing from Halco to schedule our $460 quoted burner replacement service, we did some research. We were able to purchase the burners, from a local source, for $83, picked them up that day, and replaced them ourselves. We will not be using Halco in the future or recommending them - which is a shame, because we have used your company in the past. We paid Halco $408, took time off of work, and didn't receive anything, but a hassle - definitely not any repairs.
