Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★House air conditioner to be moved and replaced. Two service agents came, decided they could not move unit from garage to location. They needed a hand truck. To get hand truck Chris said he would need to drive to Trumansburg. This was a cold blizzardly day. Hand truck can be rented at UHaul, Home Depot and Lowes all in Ithaca. I wouldn't pay to have him drive in a snow storm to get a had truck. No work was done. The call fee was part of my maintenance agreement but I paid $68.85 for time.
