  The Technician should be commended for his diligence to his job as he found a gas leak.nnThe Navian furnace continues to be substandard crap and I hold Halco responsible for selling and marketing such a substandard product.

  While very nice he did not give me any time table on when I would have heat in my home. I have a disabled person in the house. I can not afford to heat this house with space heaters and they are a fire hazard in my home with my animals and with the construction currently going on in the house.

  Brad did his job. Less than two weeks ago someone came out because of a problem...never fixed the problem at all and basically blew off my issues with it. Brad identified the two problems with it...the leak and the problem with something dealing with the condensation control on the unit within 10 minutes AND found the gas leak. He was very professional.
