  Actually had two techs as the original one was on another assignment. I was not told that my appointment was changed to 4:00 PM until I called at 3:45PM after coming home expecting to find first one there finishing up around noon. Another guy came at 4:30 saying he was not informed of call until 4:05. I had to explain the problem as he was not briefed. He was also quick to pick up where the other left off based on my info. He too was great and very efficient, but things got crossed up. I waited for 4 hours before calling and was later told the office forgot to call me. Still, they were great and the office staff was too, except for forgetting to tell me it was re-scheduled, if it really was and not forgotten. In the end it all worked out very well and I am very pleased with the service.
